Your PowderRewards “Loyalty Class” has been determined by calculating the total number of ski days you have enjoyed with us in past seasons. Four classes have been established, allowing clients within each category to access unique benefits to enhance the value of your next Heliskiing vacation. Your personal profile and loyalty class will be updated each year at the completion of the Heliskiing season.

All CLASSIC clients receive these added benefits during their package:

• New Skier Referral Discount: Refer a new skier and recieve a discount of CAD $400 off your next package. The discount will be applied to your package price at the time of final payment. Discounts cannot be combined with any special offers. Referral Discount Form MUST be submitted to the Head Office prior to start of trip.
• Gift shop voucher of CAD $100 that can be used in our gift shop (clothing, gloves, gifts, etc.).
• One hour of massage therapy while at our lodges.
• Expanded Vertical Footage Guarantee:
  If you do not reach 50% of the guaranteed vertical footage included in your package, the cost of your next Heliskiing package of the same length will be reduced by 50%
  a. Weather / Mechanical Breakdown
  The refund for unused footage as per our usual vertical guarantee policy must be left on account to be applied towards your next package.
  b. Personal Injury
  There is no vertical refund in the case of injury.
• Refundable Deposit at the Lodge:
  Guests making a deposit for the following season while at the lodge will secure the current price. These deposits are refundable up to 21 days after date of departure from the lodge.
• Group Discount on Heliskiing Packages:
  For every 7 seats reserved at TLH on the same package the 8th Heliskiing package is 1/2 price.
  For every 9 seats reserved at Bell 2 Lodge on the same package the 10th Heliskiing package is FREE

All DELUXE clients receive these added benefits during their package:

• All CLASSIC class benefits, plus:
• New Skier Referral Discount increases to CAD $450 off your next package
• Upgrade to Harbourview room at Pan Pacific or Fairmont Waterfront Hotels while in Vancouver (subject to availability at the time of booking)
• Expanded Vertical Footage Guarantee:
  Increased to 60% of guarantee

All GOLD clients receive these added benefits during their package:

• All DELUXE class benefits, plus:
• New Skier Referral credit increases to CAD $500 off your next package
• Lakeview room at Tyax Lodge (subject to availability at the time of booking)
• Upper floor log chalet room at Bell 2 (subject to availability at the time of booking)
• Unlimited internet service at Tyax Lodge, Bell 2 Lodge or Ripley Creek Inn during your holiday
• Early booking privilege beginning on September 1st for the following winter season
• Expanded Vertical Footage Guarantee:
  If you do not have the opportunity to ski at least 70% of the guaranteed vertical footage included in your package due to poor weather, mechanical breakdown or personal injury, the cost of your next Heliskiing package of the same length will be reduced by 50%. The refund for unused vertical footage must be left on account with us to be applied towards your next holiday.

All PLATINUM clients receive these added benefits during their package:

• All GOLD class benefits, plus:
• New Skier Referral Discount increases to CAD $550 off your next package
• Vancouver pre & post hotels (one night each, no cash value)
• Meet & Greet airport transfer to your Vancouver hotel and return
• Early booking privilege beginning on August 1st for the ski season following the next winter season (about 1½ years in advance).
