Everyone that has worked at Bell 2 Lodge has memories that will stay with them - the kind of stories that are shared on a chairlift or perhaps back at the bar after an epic day of powder. Each of the winter positions involves long days, intense client interaction and above all, the need to show our clients the best heliski experience in British Columbia. And yes, our winter staff enjoy the treat of heliskiing and heliboarding based on a staff rotation and available seats. Most positions at the lodge are based on a 2 weeks on - one week off model. Staff are encouraged to leave the lodge to enjoy their week off and are discouraged from having other employment during their time off.

  • Service staff at the lodge
Our lodge is open year round. We are in need of talented individuals to work with us in order to provide the best possible customer experience. With up to 50 people (guests and staff combined) to look after, servers and bartenders work with each other to ensure that clients needs are met and expectations - surpassed.

  • Kitchen staff at the lodge
All kitchen positions come together to produce tantalizing meals that keep our valuable clients happy and well fed. From dishwashing to the executive chef, the kitchen crew is pivotal to the overall experience of a Bell 2 Lodge visitor. Special menu planning is often required, so the more creative you are, the better.

  • Massage Therapists
From December to April each winter we are in need of massage therapists. You are the key to survival for many of our heliskiing guests that may not be able to dedicate the time to pre-trip conditioning workouts. Picture 30 people all anxious to get in the helicopter, can you manage AND keep a grin?

They are professional guides who have passed a series of comprehensive examinations to qualify them as members of the A.C.M.G. and the U.I.A.G.M., the recognized Canadian and International Mountain Guide Associations. They are experienced at balancing exciting and challenging skiing/riding with the safety and enjoyment for the entire group. We do not employ tail-guides.
