Franz Fux
Operations Manager and Lead
Guide at Bell 2 Lodge
Franz was born in Zermatt, Switzerland and is one
of four family members that are all mountain guides.
Franz has been a helicopter skiing guide for over
25 years and is the lead guide and manages the skiing
operations at Last Frontier.
He is one of the smoothest skiers you will ever
see and will even get on a snowboard if the day
is right.

Georg
Feitzinger
Lead Guide and Operations Manager at Ripley
Creek
A native from Austria, George originally trained
as a culinary chef and hotelier to work in the parental
business at home. However he could not resist the
pull of the mountains for to long and became a fully
qualified mountain guide before applying for a position
with LFH about five years ago.He rapidly advanced
from guide to lead guide and is now our operations
manager at Ripley Creek in Stewart, BC. George is
married, his wife Barbara and son Mathias come over
in the winter time and are a great addition to the
people at the lodge .Barbara is especially excellent
in organizing activities when we are not skiing
and in the evenings and is very much appreciated
by guests and staff alike.

Jun
Yanagisawa
Guide
Born in the concrete jungle of Tokyo, Japan, Jun immigrated
to Canada in 1988. Jun has been heli-ski guiding since
1993 including two seasons in New Zealand and joined
LFH in 1999. In summer, Jun enjoys hiking guiding,
horseback riding, MTB, canoeing, etc. in Whistler,
that is now his home town. |

Luis Castillo
Guide
Born in the small village of "Mexico City" Luis immigrated to Canada in 1974. Growing up on Vancouver Island @ 18 he moved to the Canadian Rockies where he still lives today in Banff AB. Luis has spent the last 4 seasons with Last Frontier Heliskiing at Bell 2 Lodge and this past season with Last Frontier at Ripley Creek. Before arriving at Last Frontier Heliskiing Luis worked 8 seasons in Avalanche Control and 3 seasons back country ski guiding and heliski guiding in Chile/ Argentina S.A. In the summer Luis spends his time outside as much as he can enjoying Mountain and water activities.

Andre
Ike
Guide
Canadian born, Andre spent 12 years living in Whistler
before settling in Squamish, BC. A carpenter by trade
and UIAGM Mountain Guide, he has worked with LFH since
2000. Last season he was primarily based in Stewart,
BC for the Ripley Creek grand opening.
An avid traveller, he has visited 26 countries around
the globe, many of which he has skied or climbed in.
Andre is part owner/operator of Squamish based company
Westcoast Mountain Guides Inc. which keeps him busy
in summer guiding on the rock, in the alpine and teaching
courses.

Michael
Brackenhofer
Guide
Born in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Michael grew up in
a small mountain town in the alps. The most diverse
background of the guides, Michael is a UIAGM Guides,
steelhead guide and pro photographer. After moving
to Canada in 2003 and starting with Last Frontier,
Michael now makes my home on a little ranch in the
North Thompson valley with my wife Lisa and their
7year old daughter Elisa. |

Toni Fux
Guide
Toni was born Zermatt Switzerland climbing and
mountaineering since 40 years all over the alps.
Oldest member of a big family with 4 mountain-guides,
UIAGM mountain guide since 15 years, former president
of the Swiss mountain guides association. Yes, this
is Franz' older brother.

Angelika Nosworthy
Bell 2 Lodge Manager
Born and raised in Germany, Angelika finished her
apprenticeship in the hospitality industry before
her first trip to Beautiful British Columbia in 1989.
She fell in love with this diverse province and decided
to make it her home. Her work lead her through the
Cariboo, Coast and Chilcotin before making her way
up north to Bell 2 Lodge where her decision to join
the team was an easy one. Her goal is to make your
well-deserved vacation a memorable one and she looks
forward to welcoming you in our little paradise. |

Chelsey Hoving
Bell 2 Lodge - Front Desk Concierge
Chelsey is also a 'local' girl as she was born and
raised in Terrace. She joined the crew of Bell 2 Lodge
in 2003 and it has since become a second home. You’ll
always find a smile awaiting you as you walk through
the doors. Chelsea also enjoys golfing with anything
BUT golf clubs. Ask her! |

Geoff
Straight
Sales and Reservations Manager
Geoff was raised in the wilderness of Kenora, Ontario.
The Kenora Thistles won the Stanley cup in 1907
and as such Geoff played alot of hockey growing
up. Geoff began working for TLH in 1998. When Geoff
has any free time he is steelhead fishing. Finding
the time to fish has become harder and harder lately
as Geoff and finance Sonja gave birth to a baby
boy named Benjamin on March 4, 2004. |

Michelle Ueckert
TLH Reservations and database
guru
Michelle was born and raised in the Okanagan
Valley of British Columbia. She spends as much
time outdoors and away from the city as she possibly
can enjoying activities such as mountain biking,
hiking, swimming and snowboarding. Her boyfriend
Jared and their two big dogs and two cats share
her home. The pets are of course treated as if
they were her children - spoiled and loved every
moment.

Natalie Hilbig
Last Frontier Reservations
Natalie was born and raised in Germany. When traveling in Spain after college she met her sweetheart, and soon-to-be husband Chris who happens to be from Vernon, BC. After numerous trips to the Okanagan Valley and falling in love with the beauty of the mountains and lakes she finally moved to Canada in February 2007. Growing up skiing with her family every year, heliskiing has always been a dream. Dreams do come true
and she lived happily ever after.

Chris Lloyd
Marketing Coordinator
Raised in the Okanagan Valley, Chris learned to love the outdoors at an early age. As an avid skier and ski instructor Chris always knew that he wanted to make a career in the ski industry. After finishing university, Chris quickly found himself in his dream job with TLH Heliskiing. When not working youll find Chris and his wife Aleita, playing in the mountains whether by hiking, camping, mountain biking, or fishing
this list goes on. Someday Chris would like to bike across Canada
a patriotic kind of thing.

Sally
Kunzelman
Accounting / Payroll
Sally joined the team in the summer of 2005. She
is a 3rd year CGA student and brings many years
of ski resort experience to her new job at TLH
and Last Frontier. Born in Pouce Coupe, BC, Sally
migrated to Vernon when she was 5 years old. A
true Okanagan resident she has never found it
necessary to live elsewhere. She enjoys kayaking,
camping, snowshoeing and spending time with her
family and friends. |

and Edith Rosset
President and First Lady
George was born in Biel-Bienne
in Switzerland and is tri-lingual. He emigrated
to Canada a first time at age 21 and narrowly
missed a career as a professional football player
in Montreal. He returned to Switzerland and worked
for IBM and 3M. He met his wife Edith in 1974.
They soon discovered their love for heli-skiing
in BC. In 1991 they moved with their children
to Gold Bridge to start TLH Heliskiing. Five years
later Last Frontier Heliskiing was started and
they enjoy spending their powder days with skiers
and boarders from around the world. |

Mike
Watling
Marketing Manager
Born and raised in the UK. Having worked for Shell
in Argentina he made the logical move to join
TLH and Last Frontier Heliskiing in 1996 and became
a Canadian citizen in 2003. He spends most of
the winter at the lodge and when not working you'll
generally find him and his better half, Heather
enjoying the best of what British Columbia's outdoors
has to offer whether it be on snow, on water or
in the air. |

Anne-Marie LeFaivre
Heliski Sales
Born and raised in Quebec city, after completing University Anne-Marie moved to BC two years ago with her boyfriend Matt . Their dream finally came through to enjoy the outdoor paradise. She also adopted a big Husky-Malamute by the name of Chimo that keeps her active and on the run... She joined the team in 2006 and is now living the dream and helping as many others as possible do the same. |
